RGBer is an universal app for the iPhone or iPad. RGBer lets you determine RGB, HSV, and Hex values for any color using 4 unique tools.
Use the RGB Color Mixer tool to find the perfect color by using the sliders to adjust just the right amount of red, green, or blue. Or enter a value directly and RGBer will calculate all the other values. You can now use RGBer like a RGB to HEX, HEX to RGB, RGB to HSV, or HSV to RGB calculator.
A Gray Scale Picker tool easily converts the gray that you select into RGB, HSV, and Hex values.
Select a photo from your photo library with the Photo Library tool. Tap on any part of the picture to get the RGB, HSV, and Hex values of that spot. You can zoom and pan through your photo with the touch of your fingers.
RGBer's Camera tool lets you snap a picture, zoom and pan to the area that you want, and tap on the screen to get the RGB, HSV, and Hex values. Afterwards, you can save your new picture that you took to your camera roll for later reference.
Along with support iOS 8 and iOS 9, the Color Mixer Tab now lets you edit a value directly and have RGBer calculate everything else. Use RGBer as an RGB to HEX or RGB to HSV calculator.
The RBG Color Mixer tool lets you mix red, green, and blue values to create a color of your choice. Tap the red, green, or blue color bars in the RGB Color Meter to pick the level of color you like. You can slide your finger up and down to adjust the color. The selected color value (0-255) and its actual color are shown. RGBer will also convert the RGB colors to the corresponding HSV color values. RGBer will combine the three selected values and show the hex value of the combined RGB values at the top of the color meter. The background color behind the Color Meter also is the combined RGB colors.
The Grayscale Picker tool is a simple gradient gray color selector. Tap anywhere inside the Grayscale Meter's gradient area to pick the level of gray you like. You can slide your finger up and down to adjust the level of gray. The RGB and HSV values that make up the gray are shown. The Hex value of the combined RGB that makes up the gray is also shown. The background behind the Grayscale Meter also changes to the gray that was selected.
The Photo Library tool is only available with an iPhone, iPad or an iPod Touch that has photo library
access enabled for RGBer. Go to your device's Settings to enable this.
The Photo Library tool lets you pick an RGB color value from a spot in a photo from your photo
library. Tap the orange photo library
button to choose a photo from your device's photo library. Navigate through the list to
select the photo you like. Your photo is
displayed inside the Photo Library Meter. You can zoom in and out of the photo by
pinching out or pinching in, respectively.
You can pan around using your finger to move the image. Tap a spot in the photo to
determine the RGB values of that spot. The
HSV and Hex value are also shown. The background behind the Photo Library Meter changes
to the color that was tapped on.
The Camera tool is only available with an iPhone, iPad or an iPod Touch that has a camera
access enabled for RGBer. Go to your device's Settings to enable this.
The Camera tool lets you use your camera to snap a photo and pick a color from anywhere in
the photo. Tap the orange button with the camera image (orange button on the left) to
turn on your camera. In the camera mode,
you can use either the front or rear camera by tapping of the camera image in the upper
right corner.
To snap a photo, tap the camera button on the bottom of the image. Once you snap your
photo, tap on the Use button to return to
the Camera tool. Your photo is displayed inside the Camera Color Meter. You can zoom in

image. Tap a spot in the photo to determine
the RGB values of that spot. The HSV and Hex value are also shown. The background behind
the Camera Color Meter changes to the
that color, too.

you want to keep the photo in your camera roll, tap the orange button with the folders image
(orange button on the right) to save the photo to your camera roll.
